The public may enjoy shopping inside the Arts Center located at 400 N. Queen Street (indoor market), and outdoors in the Arts Center parking lot, on Blount Street between N. Queen Street, and Herritage Street between Blount Street and North Street (outside market).
This event offers a diverse array of handmade arts, crafts and food for sale including (but not limited to) pottery, sculptures, paintings, textiles, jams and jellies, decorative items and accessories, jewelry, etc. We are looking forward to seeing our wonderful art and craft vendors. Vendor Set Up

(No vehicles will be allowed on grounds until 6:30 pm.)
Vendor Location — Arts and Craft Vendors are positioned inside at the Arts Center, at 400 N. Queen Street; or outside on Blount Street between N. Queen Street and Herritage Street, and Herritage Street between Blount Street and North Street.
Art and Craft vendor spaces are limited to handmade items. Spaces are 10' x 10'. Limited indoor space, so first-come, first-served.
*Limited one-day (Friday only or Saturday only) outside booths are available. Call the Arts Center for details 252-527-2517.
Art & Handmade Craft Vendor Spaces & Accessories
Friday evening and Saturday — $100/space for both days
Friday Only or Saturday Only — $75/space
- Friday only — must arrive between 10 am-4 pm
- Saturday only — must arrive between 7 am-9 am
- Electricity hook ups are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Electricity fee is $25 for one 20amp hookup. Vendors must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords and power strips.
- Vendors must provide their own own water.
- Spaces are 10’ x 10’ and available indoors and outdoors; outdoor vendor spaces are in the proximity of the festival activities and within the designated Arts & Crafts area.
- For Indoor spaces only: vendors have option of one, 18 ft. table and two chairs for $15; or two, 8 ft. tables and four chairs for $30
- No vehicles will be allowed in Arts Market area after 4 pm on Friday. No vehicles should be on the grounds between 9 am and 6:30 pm on Saturday. Breakdown with vehicles can begin at 6:30 pm Saturday.
- Overnight security will be provided.

All Arts Market Vendors will be juried in by the BBQ Festival on the Neuse Arts & Crafts Committee. All vendors are required to submit three (3) images of examples of the works which will be for sale, either hard copy or digitally sent to [email protected]. Pictures of your set-up at other events are acceptable. All items for sale must be original works. Your entry is not complete without pictures.

A $50 late fee will be assessed after April 12.
